Our automatic filling of the sand blast pot enables us to reduce the time needed for preparation, ultimately saving you money. Our 80’ x 40’ sandblasting booth allows us to service you in all weather conditions and keeping your project on time.

Sandblasting
Whether it is a car, piece of factory machinery, something mounted on a trailer, manufactured components, anything metal...if it can be brought into us we can clean, sandblast and prepare it to be painted. We work on new or old materials, removing rust, paints, stains and glues.
We use recycled nickel slag which is high quality sand that has an excellent cutting edge for precise detail. With our advanced system and equipment, we can achieve profiles from 0.5 mils to 5 mils deep. Painting
To accommodate our range of customers, we have three paint booths: one size for auto body painting and two 63’ by 40’ booths for large machinery, trucks and industrial projects. This gives us the flexibility to have multiple jobs on the go at the same time, all to meet your projects time-line.
In our painting process we can use a range of materials, depending on the specifications of the job: epoxy, urethane, enamel and water-based paints. Colour matching is done with our paint suppliers state-of-the-art computers and camera coding, this ensures that the match is as precise as possible.

Collision & Auto Body

For our collision estimating system, we use the industry-standard, Audatex system and supply your insurance company a detailed repair estimate. We book you in, provide transportation to your destination or a rental car agency, and complete the job in the quoted amount of time! It is your choice where you get the job done, but we guarantee that when it leaves our business it looks like the accident never even happened!

Oil Guarding
This preventative service retards corrosion. It is a clean, electro-chemical process applied directly to every crevice of your vehicle. It literally repels moisture and neutralizes salt (the major contributor to rust) and bonds to your vehicle to guard against further rust-causing moisture. Most other rust protections either trap the moisture against the metal (tar or wax coatings) or simply float on top of the water (simple oil sprays) actually making your car rust faster.
We provide Krown or dripless oil guarding services and recommend that you oil your vehicle annually to prolong its life. The best time to get your car oiled starts in September/October.
